System Administration
KriaaNet’s system administration provides administrators with a multiuser computing environment and assures consistent, optimal operation of IT services and support systems. Our Sysadmins are in charge of keeping the computers, servers, and internet of our client’s organizations operational, to prevent unscheduled downtime. KriaaNet’s system administration includes setting up and maintaining the system, as well as installing, debugging, and evaluating new technology for their businesses.
Service Desk
Utilizing our knowledge of Help Desk Institute (HDI) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes, KriaaNet implements an ISO 9001:2015 and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based that provides upgrading the current Microsoft Operating System 7 to Microsoft Operating System 10 and migrating all files and reports from an older FOXPRO version 2.6 to a current version without compromising any data in any Service systems, utilizing an application such as Remedy/ServiceNow/Helpdesk to assign problem tickets
